Got a few snaps from Summer Sundae here, was a pretty cool festival and we had a great time. Saw a few familiar faces from Leeds which was nice and had some good chats with the other bands. Think between us we watched The Crookes, Junip, Johnny Flynn, The Futureheads, Mumford and Sons and the amazing Sonic Manipulator who deserved a much bigger audience.
Festival Weekend!
Here’s some information about a few festivals we’ll be appearing at this weekend,
Moor Music Festival
On Friday at 18:00 we’ll be playing the Earl Hickey stage at Moor Music Festival, described as the ‘mini Glastonbury of the North’ and situated in the hills of the Yorkshire Dales, just outside Skipton.
(Definitely one to go to if you like campervans!)
On Saturday we’re travelling to Rochdale to play at the Feel Good Festival. Not sure what time we’re on yet but it’ll be in the afternoon and the music starts at 3pm.
On Sunday we’ll be playing a set on the Last FM Rising Stage at Summer Sundae in Leicester. Some of us may have to sit this one out due to sound restrictions so expect a special ‘acoustic’ twist to our songs. We’re on at 18:30 and the line up for this day is brilliant so we’re really looking forward to it!

Gary Stewart (feat Ellen) Video

Larmer Tree
Here’s a few pictures taken at Larmer Tree festival last week. It’s a very unique festival down in Somerset, situated in the grounds of Larmer Tree Gardens. Nice and friendly atmosphere with plenty of peacocks and parrots on the loose which is a bit bizarre but makes it all the more special!

‘of all the times’
Good news everybody! We’ve recently started working with Coda booking agency so we’ll be gigging even more from now on! Hopefully somewhere near where you live…
Our new EP ‘of all the times’ will be officially released on CD and 10″ vinyl on 18/10/10, coinciding with a mini tour towards the end of October but pre-release copies will be available to purchase on CD at the festivals we’ll be playing at between now and then. Some of you may even have copies already from our recent appearances at Glastonbury and Larmer Tree!
For those that can’t make it to the live shows, the single from the ep can be downloaded from i-tunes as well as an acoustic version of one of the other tracks.
Just thought it was worth a mention : )

We were asked to fill in last minute as Fionn Regan was unable to perform so we’re very grateful to the crowd for giving us such a good reception and making it a night to remember.
